Tuso is a British-Zimbabwean storyteller who is dedicated to pursuing the joys of liberation found in true connection.

Though she initially studied narrative Filmmaking, Tuso fell in love with the stories that exist between us in our reality, thus forming her ethos “there is story in everything, and the best part is always us”. She has channeled that focus into her blog which consists of essays that explore the beauties and perils of our lives from her unique perspective. This work led to one of her essays, Customising Your Avatar, being published in Sanxtuary Magazine.

Tuso hasn’t departed from the world of fiction, as the Art Department has proven to be an avenue where she can connect to the narrative world. She has worked as an Art Assistant for short films and music videos, including a BFI funded film, and music visuals for the Mercury Prize-winning artist, Micheal Kiwanuka.

As she continues on this journey of creative expression, she aims to refine her skillset with the purpose of communicating her love of community, joy and love itself.
